Valiant is a balanced, full cycle E&P company, configured to grow value per share. Our production foundation provides sustained cash flows, which funds investment and limits downside risk for our investors. We invest in exploration and development projects which are individually material compared to the size of our company, giving significant upside exposure for our shareholders. We have a well-defined template for identifying projects where we can add significant value and only invest where these characteristics are present; these are:-

High potential exploration prospects, large enough to be developed stand-alone

Smaller exploration prospects where there is a clear and viable commercialisation route

Mature assets which have unexploited development potential and limited exposure to abandonment liabilities
Our activities are focussed in mature, stable geographies where we have deep knowledge of the geology and the regulatory environment. We are well funded to pursue our strategy and create significant shareholder value.
